Vacation Rental Description
This is a fabulous villa in a spectacular location with stunning 250 degree  
views and sunsets over Mao Harbour in the exclusive area of San Antoni.  
 
The villa has 100 meters of waterfront with steps through gardens down to its  
own private quay and mooring.  
 
Outside is a dining terrace under a Pergola overlooking the harbour with nearby BBQ 
and sitting area to relax with a gin and tonic, enjoy the views and yacht spotting.  
There is a pool terrace with 10 x 4 meter pool and plenty of sun loungers. 
 
Inside, the main sitting room has Sat TV. There is a dining room and well equiped 
kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer. There is a 
washing machine in outside laundry room. 
 
There are five bedrooms. Upstairs, the large double master bedroom has ensuite bathroom  
with separate shower. There is a further twin bedroom with bathroom ensuite and shower 
over bath and a single bedroom with hand basin. 
 
Downstairs there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower and a further twin bedroom with  
ensuite bathroom and shower over bath and french windows opening onto pool terrace. 
There is also a further separate large shower room. 
 
The villa is five minutes drive to the Port with a multitude of restaurants and bars. 
The Menorquin village of Mesquida with a long beach is also five minutes drive. 
A small supermarket is five minutes walk away. Several larger supermarkets are 
situated on the outskirts of Mao. 
A car is necessary.

      High Season Price: £15 per Week
         

    Rates are by negotiation and depend on season and availability. A 10% deposit is required to confirm booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to rental start date. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer. Access to the villa is available after 3.00pm on first day. Departure is normally required by 10.00am on last day of stay.
