The villa is situated in the Beach/golf resort of Son Parc, a 2 minute drive gets you to the shops, bars, restaurants, beach and the only 18 hole golf course on the island. Situated on a modern urbanisation, the villa has a private pool and BBQ and is in a quiet location, there are 2 lounges with Sky TV, a nice bright kitchen that looks out to a small court yard, dining room and 2 bathrooms, terrace & private pool.

Son Parc has one of the best beaches in Menorca. There are lifeguards during the summer season. The beach is excellent for children. There is a beach bar and restaurant and water sports of all kinds. There is good parking near the beach which is a 2 min drive from the villa.

Mahon airport is about 20-25 minutes by car. Car hire is highly recommended as there is so much more to see in Menorca! There are shops, a regular visiting doctor, restaurants and bars near the villa.

The Capital Mahon with shops, restaurants on the port, museum etc 20 minutes. Ancient capital of Cuidadela with Palaces and waterfront restaurants. Fornells 10 min drive in a nice picturesque fishing village with good restaurants (favourite of the King of Spain) 10 minutes.

At the time of booking a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday is required if you have booked more than 6 months in advance, within 6 months of arrival a deposit of 50% is required. All balances to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If booked more than 6 months in advance plus 30% is required within 6 months of arrival.
NB, full payment is due no later then 6 weeks before your arrival date. If you are booking less then 6 weeks before arrival please make the full payment.
