The property is laid out over three floors. 
Floor 1. Kitchen, Open plan dining and living space. patio doors onto the patio with steps down to the pool. Barbecue set available for use on the patio 
Floor 2. Double bedroom, Bathroom and Twin bedroom. Bathroom has shower and bath, twin sinks and toilet with bidet. 
Floor 3. Double bed with own balcony overlooking golf course. En-suite Shower and toilet.

    • Each Bedroom has its own balcony with master bedroom and top bedroom having views over the pool and golf course. Son Parc is a quiet area with a safe beach close-by. The golf course has a driving range and practice area for putting and chipping. There are two Tennis Courts. There are Restaurants and Supermarkets nearby and the main Town of Mercadal is a short drive away. Fornells Harbour just around the corner for Sailing, Windsurfing and Scuba Diving School and more Restaurants and Bars. Ideal for an evening stroll and a snack or dine where the king of Spain dines on the waters edge when he holidays in Menorca.

    • In addition to the above we have found that hiring a hobie cat (Twin Hull Sail Boat) from Es Grau Beach also works well. Easy to Sail and about 14 Euro an Hour. There is also a Trotting Track which has races on a Saturday, located just outside of Mahon. Scuba Diving available at Fornells nearby, Addaya and S'Algar in the south. Most beaches will hire chairs and umbrellas and Pedolas, Kayaks etc.

    • Nearest Town : Fornells at 5 kilometers distance
    • Travel Info: Fly from uk with Monarch Air, Easyjet, BMIBaby, Thompson etc. Two and a half hour flight. Accommodation is about 20 minutes from the Airport.

Final payment due 8 weeks before departure. 50% booking refund if cancelled 8 weeks before departure. No refunds after the 8 week period. We have flexibility on dates in May, June and September.
