One of a handful of seven country properties created in the eighties by subdivision of a large farming establishment. Typical menorcan arquitecture and style but modern construction renovated in 2003 and 2004 to add a new porch, a terrace with a view over unspoilt countryside and the swimming pool. The mother establishment is now a luxurious country hotel. The famous beach coves of Turqueta and Macarella are about 13 km of Ciutadella but only 5 km from the property by a charming country road.
