Main Description
This is a duplex apartment on Menorca's north coast about 20 mins drive from Mahon airport - car hire is recommended and you can reach almost anywhere on the island in 45 minutes.

The apartment is on 2 levels - the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs (we have a sofa bed downstairs for guests 5 and 6). It is part of a group of 13 apartments round the shared pool. The golf club is 3 minutes easy walk away and the beach is about 15 mins walk or 5 mins drive.

Son Parc's main 'strip' with bars, shops, doctor surgery and restaurants is a 5 min drive.

The most beautiful beach is a short walk away with extensive sands and shallow clear water - perfect for safe swimming, snorkeling etc. The apartment has reserved parking and is fully equipped for up to 6 people, including TV/video (including Free View satellite TV with all BBC and ITV channels); CD Player, DVD, safe, fully fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine, patio with BBQ and sun-loungers. There is a large swimming pool shared by other private apartments.

We are right next to Menorca’s only golf course (full 18 holes plus tennis courts and restaurant / bar) and there is a golf club set in the utility room – also card giving 20% off green fees etc.
During the high season (May-Oct) all local facilities are open; during the low season (Nov-Apr) Son Parc is tranquil, peaceful and quiet, although restaurants and other facilities are easily accessible in other larger places nearby like the market towns of Es Mercadal, Alaior and Ferreries.

Low Season Price : £168
High Season Price : £511 per Week

£100 deposit required if booked 8 weeks or more ahead - full payment if within 8 weeks. Plus £100 returnable security deposit. Pay by cheque please.

Changeover day is totally flexible to fit with your flights. Arrive after 2 pm and leave by 10 am please to allow cleaning.
