Main Description
This beautiful Finca is situated around three kilometers from Pollensa old town and the same to the bay of Pollensa. Surrounded by tranquility and nature this Finca that is built in two levels consists of: on the ground floor - a double bedroom, a bright lounge/diner with an fully equipped open kitchen with access to the covered furnished terrace with barbeque overlooking the lovely Poolarea, by this covered terrace there is also a laundrette and the second bathroom. There is another small covered terrace at the main entrance of the Finca. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with terrace overlooking the Pool and garden, another bedroom with bunk beds and a complete bathroom. There is good parking space and the Finca is air conditioned.

Rates

Low Season Price : €800
High Season Price : €1250 per Week

To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property.
Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge.
Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques.
As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.


Cancellation charges:
If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The minimum rental period is one week.
The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
