Terraces are well-positioned to capture mountain and sea views and provide opportunity for al fresco meals throughout the day, whilst the 9m heated swimming pool – with summer kitchen – makes an ideal retreat to relax under the shade of a pergola or to soak up the Mallorcan sunshine. The villa is particularly suited to those with children; indoors the second floor is solely dedicated to a children’s dormitory, with four single beds, TV, DVD, games and original PlayStation console, while outside the pool is gated and a table tennis and football table will keep little ones (and some bigger ones!) entertained for hours.

The rest of the villa is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped; the kitchen, finished with terracotta tiled floors and Mallorcan marble tops, is fully fitted and leads directly onto the terrace.
Overall, a fine villa with a host of amenities, a short distance from restaurants and beaches in one of the most sought-after locations on the island.
