Apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom with bathtub, wash basin and toilet (towels are provided), living room, dining area. Double sofa bed and one simple bed. Furnished terrace with nice view of the mountains of Puerto de Soller.
The apartment is near the bay (300 meters)

The south terrace is very sunny all the year.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars and a short way with the "tranvia" into town will drive you in the middle of Soller town. You will be also be abble to take the little train for Palma.

The golf course of Valldemossa 15 minutes car journey away.

We can manage your transport from the airport as well as private boat tours.

Please contact Martine for prices and availability on mpcarre@hotmail.fr. Our booking terms are 20% non-refunable deposit with your booking with the balance being payable the first day of your holidays.
There is a Euros 150 refunable breakages/key deposit which will be returned once the keys and returned and the apartment checked.

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and fresh linen provided. For stays longer than a week a fresh line will be provided.

Supplement for cleaning upon departure (40 euros)

Prices are based on 2 sharing.

We do not accept pets.
