Vacation Rental Description
The house is located in the middle of some 8200m2 private land reflecting the peaceful farm-style neighbourhood of its surroundings. Some of that land still is like the many fields with native fruits while the area surrounding the house is kept as a garden sporting lots of flowers and shade.
The home itself is a traditional farm house typical to Mallorca which has been lovingly restored to its former glory. It sits on aprox. 160 m2 plus some 50m2 of attached buildings housing the garage, laundry, an old bakers oven, etc...
GROUND FLOOR: a central hall area is connecting the stairs to the first floor, an American open kitchen with also traditional hearth, the dining room of some 18 m2, the spacious and airy living room of some 30m2+ with its open fireplace and one bedroom of aprox. 13m2 furnished with 2 single beds and a large 8m2 full bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms of 25m2 (featuring 2 single beds)and 17m2 (with a double bed), are accessible from the gallery open to the living room below as well as another full bathroom 5,5m2. The gallery also is giving you direct access to the terrace of some 30 m2 facing West, while the terrace facing North (33m2) which is partially covered for additional shade, can be accessed via an external staircase from the pool area. Both terraces offer fantastic wiews of the main countryside valley and the majestic mountain range of the Tramuntana beyond.
OUTSIDE: swimming pool with terrace, another 15 m2 terrace close to the kitchen. A third terrace of some 4,5m2 sits shaded by a carob tree. Small decorative fishpond.
Water comes from an own well and rain-water cistern.
Ample pool and garden furniture is being provided including BBQ set.
Baby /toddler facilities (cradle, chair, minipool).
The house comes fully equipped, furnished and tastefully decorated.
Weekly change of linen included.
The owner will be personally welcoming you to show you around and get you acquainted with the property. Pool will also be maintained by the owner for your hassle free enjoying your vacation. The owner will also be happy to assist you with any further needs.

The owner will be personnally waiting for your arrival in the house to present it and make a short briefing about excursions, restaurants and anything you would like to know.
The Linen is provided and replaced once a week. The kitchen is fully equipped.
