Vacation Rental Description

This fantastic new built villa is located only 500 m from the lovely town of Selva. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature this property has the most amazing views of the landscape. The Villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms. Each one has a complete bathroom en suite. There is another bathroom, a big lounge that opens up to a big furnished terrace with views over the pool area and barbeque. There is a big, very complete kitchen for 8 people and also opens up to the covered terrace. On the second floor there are other 2 double bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom and a small lounge. This second floor has access to another covered and furnished terrace with incredible views.

				Low Season Price:	€1,850 per Week
				High Season Price:	€2,200 per Week

To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge. Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques. As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property. Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
