This fantastic property is idyllically situated in the country side area of Pollensa, at a mere 3 km from sea and town. The property comprises two independent houses both full equipped and tastefully decorated enabling a most pleasant accommodation surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and Pool.
The main house consists of on the groundfloor a fully equipped kitchen,a diner and a big lounge all opening up to the fantastic furnished terraces.There is also the master bedroom and a complete big bathroom and a toilett on this floor.On the top floor we find two double bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a small lounge.The other house consists of two double bedrooms,two batrhrooms a lovely lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen.There is also a nice covered terrace.Aircondition in main house.

IMPORTANT: TWO DIFERENT RATES RATES ABOVE FOR 6 PEOPLE.PLEASE MAIL US FOR PRICERATE FOR 10 PEOPLE. To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge. Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques. As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property. Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival
