Vacation Rental Description
This villa is located in lovely countryside with wonderful views to the mountains, but its situation provides easy access to the delightful bays of North Mallorca. 
Entrance to the villa is through iron gates housed in an attractive stone arch, from where one passes under a large grapevine tunnel , which opens out onto the front driveway and patio. 
The villa has five bedrooms. The master suit is on the first floor with its own bathroom and french doors to its private roof terrace, which has the sun all day. At the top of the stairs is another door which leads to another huge roof terrace, which has commanding views over the adjacent orange groves, wooded hills and mountains. The remaining four bedrooms are situated on the groun floor leading off from a small hall. Three of these bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. A large bathroom with double basins is also located here. There is a new luxury fitted kitchen which is very well equiped, including dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, liquidiser,utensils etc , with adjacent dining area. This leads to the spacious lounge/dining room, which has a feature fireplace fitted with a woodburning fire. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has T.V. Video and Hi Fi system. From the lounge, french doors open out onto the front terrace, where there is a large marble family table for 'al fresco' dining. This looks out over the lilly pond and fountain, which is covered by a canopy of sweet smelling jasmine with romantic lanterns. 
To the rear of the property there is an elevated sun terrace overlooking the fantastic new pool with integral 'tiny tots' pool, which is set in the lawns, and enjoys lovely views to the mountains. Between this and the villa is a casita which houses the utility area with washing machine, sink and another shower room with basin and toilet. 
The garden is laid with lawns and has many colourful shrubs and roses and a whole variety of fruit trees including orange, lemon, peach, apricot, plum, apple and figs. Guests are welcome to pick the fruit. In one corner of the garden is am illuminated 'Boules' court and there is a selection of sun loungers and garden furniture for the garden and terraces. There is a full sized table tennis table in the garage along with a whole selection of beach toys, mats, sun shades, goggles masks and snorkles for your use. We have a baby walker, a double pushchair (buggy) highchair, two cots and other toys. Our Monday changeover is very benificial due to to the lower cost of flights on weekdays!.

    • When staying at Villa Emesila you really do need a car. Although we do have a bus stop, a five minute walk away. Although we do have a garage, we have turned this into 'the games room', but there is plenty of parking on our very large front terrace area with shade. There is also the train station at Sa Pobla (10mins in the car) which is an excellent way of going into Palma and the onward connection to Port Soller. It is a very pretty ride through many villages which one wouldn't otherwise see. From our villa it is an equal distance to either Port Pollensa or Alcudia beaches, both lovely and very safe for children. We have six granchildren ourselves and like to think that we have thought of everything in our villa for their comfort and enjoyment. There are many books, games and jigsaws.
