Villa Mer is a highly desirable, two-storey villa situated just a stone's throw away from the very heart of the much loved, old town of Pollensa.

Renovated, with great attention to detail, and totally in keeping with it's original Mallorcan style, it is set in expansive and mature grounds abundant with fruit trees.

Entry gates lead into the grounds and there is a large open terrace at the front of the property.

The front door opens in to the lounge/dining room with it's exposed wooden beams, open stone walls and a delightful picture window.

Through an archway to the left, there is the tastefully and traditionally furnished kitchen/breakfasting area.

A stairway leads to a double bedroom, which has large French doors opening out to a balcony. There is also a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.

There is an annexe, adjacent to the main house, which houses a further twin bedroom and en suite shower room - ideal accommodation for a nanny or older children.

The swimming pool, with it's Roman step entry, is situated away from the villa and is surrounded by a patio and yet more fruit trees. Alongside the swimming pool, there is an outdoor kitchen/summer house fitted with a full size oven and a fridge. There is also an outdoor brick built barbecue. The whole area is designed with outdoor entertaining and alfresco dining in mind.
