A really lovely villa, near the Square and town center in Pollensa, full of light. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 2 minutes from the town square.  
 
This very elegant villa is about 150 square metres in size and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious sitting room and diner. 
 
The villa is approached up 23 stone steps to the first level and a further 14 to the second level where the entrance door is located. As you go through into the hallway to the right is a toilet and washbasin up a couple of steps and to the left is an L shaped lounge with the first part being a Lounge/dining area with air conditioning.  
 
This lounge has terrace doors leading off to a long raised terrace area with a teak table and chairs. The impressive views from this terrace are to Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca, Cala San Vicente and the March Valley.  
 
Going through into the second lounge there is a TV and soft comfortable furnishings. This room again has a door with acess to the kidney shaped pool, sunbathing area. There are 12 stone steps down to the pool area.  
 
There are a few steps up from this door to the BBQ area which has a stone BBQ, a table and chairs.  
 
The kitchen is again off the lounge with a breakfast bar onto the second lounge also with a table and chairs. Off the lounge - There are two bedrooms up a further 3 steps to a single bedroom with a small wardrobe and A/C and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a separate bathroom with separate shower cubicle. There is another twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room down 11 steps from the lounge area. On this same level is a utility room.  
 
Outside, up a few steps is a stone BBQ and from here up another few steps is a rock garden.
