This beautiful villa is situated on the hillside in a quiet residential area. All 4 of the double bedrooms open onto the garden and pool area, the main bedroom boasting a dressing room and private terrace. Both the kitchen and the lounge/dining room have access to a huge terrace with spectacular mountain views. Newly refurbished with quality furnishings the villa offers every luxury.  
The Port of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful unspoilt beach resorts in the Mediterranean with something for everyone especially young families. We recommend the hire of a car to experience the beautiful scenery and the many pretty mountain villages and coves the North of Majorca has to offer.  
Outside there is a large L shaped private swimming pool with roman steps. The pool can be heated at an extra charge if required. The very beautiful garden is mostly lawn with mature trees and shrubs with stunning views of the mountains. There is a built-in BBQ on the terrace adjoining the kitchen and a further oak table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are plenty of sunbeds and patio furniture for extra seating.

Land based activities include spectacular hikes and scrambles, rock climbing, mountain or road biking. Mallorca's breathtaking Tramuntana Mountain range is the perfect setting for all of the above. 
Water based activities include Sailing, Windsurfing and Kite Surfing , Scuba diving, Sport Fishing and Yacht charter (motor and sail) You can also hire a skippered RIB or Powerboat for the day to explore the magnificient coastline along the awesome Formentor Peninsula. 
There are also the "in between" options of Canyoning and Deep Water Soloing! 
 
For nature lovers and adrenaline junkies alike Northern Mallorca is simply unbeatable offering infinitely more than the tourist brochures would imply.
