The ground floor is open plan with an easy transition between kitchen, living/dining, hallway and the exterior covered terraces. The gardens are beautiful and private, mostly laid to lawn, and there is a 10x5m heated (extra cost) pool. Electric gates ensure good security and peace of mind with children. A supermarket and bar/restaurants are about 5 minutes walk with the beautiful Port of Pollenca with its marina, shops and beaches about 20 minutes walk.

The completed form must be returned to us by email or post, by a date that will be specified at the time of the provisional booking. All future correspondence will be with the Customer. 30% deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
