Vacation Rental Description
Villa Jacaranda is a charming 3 bedroom villa in the upmarket residential of El Vila, Puerto Pollensa. 
It is 2 kilometres away from the centre of Puerto Pollensa, and 4 km away from the Pollensa old town. 
The villa is set in a quiet residential area, yet close to the local amenities in Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa. 
 
The house has a warm Mediterranean feel. It is facing the north and enjoys plenty of sun from morning until evening. It has an inviting front veranda which is furnished and is ideal for drinks, al fresco meals, watching the beautifull scenery and chilling out. 
 
Set within a lovely mature garden with a variety of palms and other native plants, the pool is kidney shaped, approximately 5x3 metres in size and has sun beds around it to enjoy the sun. 
 
The villa has a total of three bedrooms, each bedroom has two twin beds. 
There are two twin rooms, one bathroom and one toilet room in the main house. Next to the main house is a third room with its separate entrance and en suite bathroom.  
The lounge is spacious and features satellite television with English channels including 5 BBC and 5 ITV channels, plus UK radio channels. 
There is also a large dining area with a table that will seat up to 10 people around it. 
There are two extra put up beds in the house, making it posible to accommodate up to 8 people. 
 
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.It includes gas hobs, electric oven, refrigerator etc. 
There is also a separate washing room with washing machine. 
 
NOTE: this villa is not suited for infirm people.  
CLEANING is once per week. The property provides clean linens and towels. These are changed once per week when the duration is 2 weeks or more.

    Land based activities include spectacular hikes and scrambles, rock climbing, mountain or road biking. Mallorca's breathtaking Tramuntana Mountain range is the perfect setting for all of the above. 
    Water based activities include Sailing, Windsurfing and Kite Surfing , Scuba diving, Sport Fishing and Yacht charter (motor and sail) You can also hire a skippered RIB or Powerboat for the day to explore the magnificient coastline along the awesome Formentor Peninsula. 
    There are also the "in between" options of Canyoning and Deep Water Soloing! 
     
    For nature lovers and adrenaline junkies alike Northern Mallorca is simply unbeatable offering infinitely more than the tourist brochures would imply.

    Payable by cheque, bank transfer or paypal NOTE. 5% extra charge for paypal payments. Arrival is after 15.00 Departure time: 10.00 am If the booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment is required with the completed booking form. In all other cases a deposit of 35% of the total holiday price is required at the time of booking, and the balance of 65% is due not less than eight weeks prior to departure. In the event of full payment not being made by the due time the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking. Any deposits will be forfeited and the Customer will be required to pay cancellation charges. Security deposit: No security deposit is required. However if the customer accidentally does damage to the property, he will be expected to cover the cost of repair. Loss/non return of keys: If the customer accidentally loses the keys provided, he/she will be expected to pay EURO 50 to cover the cost of new spares.
