This is a 4 bedroom townhouse, built on two levels. 
 
On the ground level, the compact kitchen leads to the dining room, large sitting room, a terrace and a spacious garden. Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom with ensuite shower room. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric oven, hobs, stainless steel extractor fan, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, washing machine. 
 
All the rooms upstairs lead to a large terrace with sun beds. The garden is ideal for al fresco lunching and dining, and it's vintage 42-year-old lemon tree provides welcome shade during the sunny days of summer. 
The twin room downstairs has ensuite shower room, a complete ensuite shower room, as well as windows to the garden. 
 
 
Lounge and diner: 
The lounge has a woodburning stove, coffee table and 2 comfortable sofas. Also features satellite TV and air conditioning.

    Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer Paypal payment has a 4% charge. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment is required with the completed booking form. In all other cases a deposit of 35% of the total holiday price is required at the time of booking, and the balance of 65% is due not less than eight weeks prior to departure. In the event of full payment not being made by the due time the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking. Any deposits will be forfeited and the Customer will be required to pay cancellation charges. Security deposit: No security deposit is required. However if the customer accidentally does damage to the property, he will be expected to cover the cost of repair. Loss/non return of keys: If the customer accidentally loses the keys provided, he/she will be expected to pay EURO 50 to cover the cost of new spares.
