This lovely ground floor apartment is situated in Llenaire just a 250 from the beach and two km into the center of Puerto Pollensa. It consists of two double bedrooms (both with twin beds) and one complete bathroom, bright lounge/diner that has access to the terrace that overlooks the communal pool.

Apartment Rental Rates

Low Season Price : €500
High Season Price : €750 per Week


To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property.
Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge.
Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques.
As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.


Cancellation charges:
If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The minimum rental period is one week.
The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
