This lovely and bright Apartment is situated in the tranquil area of Pinaret. It is a second floor that consists of one double bedroom and a big complete bathroom. A nice Lounge/diner a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace that overlooks the lovely Pool area and garden. The Apartment has air condition and there is parking space. There is about 200 meters to the beach and a bit further to the center.

Apartment Rental Rates

Low Season Price : €400
High Season Price : €600 per Week


To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property.
Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge.
Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques.
As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.


Cancellation charges:
If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The minimum rental period is one week.
The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
