This luxury 3 bedroom apartment is ideally situated, right at the centre of beautiful Puerto Pollensa, in a quiet street across from the beach. There are 3 bedrooms full of light and with plenty of storage space in large fitted cupboards. One double bedroom en suite, another double bedroom and a single one. There are 2 bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and another separated one, both of them with bathtubs. The bright, spacious lounge/dining room opens onto the balcony, and you can look onto the sea from both. There is a big kitchen fully equipped, which includes laundry / utility area to the rear. The apartment is on the third floor of a four floor building with an elevator.
Puerto de Pollensa, situated at the NE part of Mallorca island, is an old fishermen's village that preserves much of the serenity and beauty of its former times, combined with the ease of life typical of Mallorcans of old. Its beaches are beautiful and safe, the bay of Pollensa has choices of places with shallow wave less waters, as well as wilder corners where you can practice sailing or windsurfing. Its cliffs and turquoise shores are among the most photographed in the world. There are also a few golf courses in the area. And the choice of restaurants is wide and varied. Nearby, the archaeological grandeur of Alcudia, the rustic beauty of Pollensa - with its museums and art galleries and its colourful Sunday market, are a delight to walk around. For bird lovers, the marshlands of Albufera are famous throughout Europe. There are places to visit and things to do throughout the year, and not only in the summer.
