As you come in through the entrance hall, to the left there is a fully equipped kitchen that features dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker, oven, and separate laundry with washing machine. To the right are two rooms and one bathroom. After the entrance hall there is a double door to the large sitting room and diner, and to the left, the master room and the second bathroom.

The sitting room and master room open to the front Balcony.
The balcony is furnished with table and chairs, and has fantastic views of the Pollensa Bay.
The terrace is facing directly the bay of Pollensa.

The apartment features air conditioning and satelite TV with the BBC channels, children's channels, news channels, music, and the films on TCM.

This apartment is on a 4th floor and has a lift.
