Vacation Rental Description
The Margalida First Floor Apartment is a very comfortable apartment with two spacious terraces, kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. 
Its main asset is its location, very near the beach and within a short walk to all of the local amenities, restaurants, shops, the harbour, square etc 
A car is not stricly necessary, however, parking on the street is free. 
 
The master bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined or used as singles. Has built-in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. 
 
The second room, spacious and comfortable, has built-in wardrobes and a double window which opens onto the front terrace. 
 
The third room has a double bed, wardrobes and a window to the back terrace. 
 
The living room has a sofa and armchairs, it features satelite television, DVD player, woodburning stove, and opens to the front terrace which is furnished and gets plenty of sun all day. 
 
The dining table seats up to 8 people around it making it easy to entertain. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with hobs, electric oven, refrigerator etc. It opens to the back terrace which is ideal for breakfast. 
 
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and clothes line. 
 
Pollensa Old town is 7 km away, there is a regular bus service to Pollensa, Alcudia, Inca, Palma and La Puebla. 
 
For those who enjoy sitting around a pool, there is a Hotel pool nearby that can be used.

    • The apartment is located 80 metres away from the sea front promenade known as pine wwalk. It is within easy walking distance to all local amenities. Parking is free on the street. A car is handy but not essential Pool access nearby A local market takes place around the main square every Wednesday morning. The Market in Pollensa Town is on Sunday mornings The Puerto Pollensa summer fiestas take place on the second week in July, ending with a fabulous firework display on the beach. Winter fiestas include the November fair (2nd sunday in November), christmas holidays, Saint Anthony on January 16th.

    Payment by bank transfer, cheque or paypal. Paypal payments have a 5% charge Arrival time is after 14.00 Departure time: 10.00 am If the booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment is required with the completed booking form. In all other cases a deposit of 35% of the total holiday price is required at the time of booking, and the balance of 65% is due not less than eight weeks prior to departure. In the event of full payment not being made by the due time the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking. Any deposits will be forfeited and the Customer will be required to pay cancellation charges. Security deposit: No security deposit is required. However if the customer accidentally does damage to the property, he will be expected to cover the cost of repair. Loss/non return of keys: If the customer accidentally loses the keys provided, he/she will be expected to pay EURO 50 to cover the cost of new spares.
