A lovely modern three storey house within walking distance of the famous Port Andraitx on the south west corner of Mallorca. It is 35 Min from the airport and only 20 Min from Palma with all its attractions of shopping, culture and sight seeing.  
 
The house, with fantastic views across the bay to the village is a stone throw away from the beach and 5 mins walk from the yacht club and restaurants.  
 
It sleeps six people in 3 double bedrooms, 1 with twin beds and has two patios for sunbathing and a BBQ. There is a small well equipped kitchen with dish washer and all other electrical appliances. It has satelite TV and all the other comforts to make your stay a very pleasant experience. Baby equipment is available on request including safety gates. Baby sitting service can be arranged.

Casa Pedrera is a stone throw from Cala Fonoll beach and 5 minutes walk from marina at Club de Vela with it´s fabulous new restaurant. Other restaurants within the five minute radius include La Media-Luna, El Grillo, and for superb seafood, Barlovento.  
 
Nearest golf course is at Camp de Mar and further details can be found on line at Andratxgolf.com. Bicyles and quad bikes can be rented from nearby Camp de Mar or Paguera. For messing about on boats, visitors are able to hire vessels from ribs to luxury yachts in port.
