4 Bedroom Holiday Home in Puerto Andratx

Canasastre, built in the 1933, was one of the first holiday homes in Port Andratx. Our property was created out of ground floor with two of the bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The open- plan living area has a vaulted ceiling and this and the sea breezes keeps the property cool. The original owners chose a priceless location to build their home; standing on the water’s edge there are wonderful westerly views of the bay and port; one can swim from a large expanse of flat rock directly below the house. There is one double and 3 twin bedrooms, one bedroom on a mezzanine; one of the twin rooms can be made up as a double. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room; there is also a further shower room and a main bathroom. The large walled courtyard to the rear is secure and ideal for children; this area makes a sunny spot for breakfast or morning relaxation. We are a five minute walk from the bustling port with its many shops, bars and restaurants.  
 
 
 
 
 
 

Puerto de Andratx is

Puerto de Andratx is considered as one of the most beautiful and sophisticated ports in the Mediterranean. Luxury yachts bob up and down in the port, well-heeled people go shopping in designer shops and famous people from all over the world live in the area. 
 
Designer shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, all you can wish or need is in the port. Pamper yourself watching the sunset whilst enjoying a good meal sitting on the waterfront terrace of a restaurant.

Canasastre was one of the first properties to be built on the La Mola in 1933; the hillside was bare when the first owner chose his site and he picked the prime location. The house is perfectly situated to enjoy the sun setting over Dragonara Island yet is only a short walk into the lively and smart Port Andratx.
