This pretty apartment is right in the heart of Portals Nous village.There is an abundance of restaurants/bars/shops/supermarket,all within 1 minute walking distance.Also, the apartment is 10 minutes leisurely stroll to the super chic Puerto Portals.One can sit outside one of the many restaurants bars and watch the yachts/people even some celebrities,who frequent the Port.Three very pretty beaches are within 5 and 10 minutes walk.For golfers we have two golf courses within 2 and 5 minutes drive. Palma city is only a 10 minute drive/taxi away.Tennis is close by at the super elegant Mood club.This is also a walk of 10 minutes away or 2 minute drive.For families there is the wonderful Marineland where you can watch the dolphins and Parrots perform their lovely shows.All in all there is something here for everyone of every age just a stones throw from the apartment.

Also a short drive or bus trip to Buzzing Palma City or golf courses.There is Marine Land a 10 minute walk away,also diving schools,Boat excursions or boat rental can be booked in any of the nearby hotels or the Port.The proprty is in a tranquil location even with such close proximity to the village.

The remaining amount to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.Also a 200 euro cheque is required for security,and will be returned as final clean and inspection of the property is finished. This will be no longer than 1 week.The payments are usualy made with bank transfer.A booking form will be emailed to the persons on the booking.
