This fantastic Finca has been renovated respecting the original 500 year old structure. It is surrounded by mountains and tranquility and still just 2,5km from Puerto Pollensa and about the same to the old town. On the ground floor there is a bright & space full lounge with fireplace, an impressive big diner with old stonewalls and with an original old olive press, this amazing room seats 20 people. There is also a 'Gamesroom' and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the outside dining area overseeing the Pool, a double bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor we find one double bedroom with bathroom ensuite opening to a big terrace overseeing Pool and mountains. Another two double bedrooms with one full bathroom to share and a big bedroom with 4 four beds and bathroom. Beautiful exteriors, pool area with sunbeds overlooking Puerto Pollensa, barbeque and good parking space.

    		  Low Season Price: €1,750 per Week
      High Season Price: €3,450 per Week
         

    To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge. Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques. As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property. Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
