This impressive property is located close to Pollensa town but offers wonderful private grounds with palm and fruit trees, ornamental gardens, well kept lawns, purpose built covered furnished barbecue area, exterior shower room and private rectangular pool with roman steps providing easy access. Entry into the property by security gates and a long driveway to the covered parking alongside the house. A car is useful but not essential.
The two storey house is very tastefully furnished to a high standard. The ground floor offers an attractive entrance hall, traditional dining room with feature fireplace, bright comfortable lounge,with TV, which opens onto a large covered furnished terrace, well equipped kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and for conveneince one double bedroom and full bathroom.
The first floor is reached by an attractive staircase and offers one spacious twin and one double bedroom which share a full bathroom. Both these bedrooms have the benefit of hot/cold air conditioning.
There is a large supermarket just 500m walk from the house, as well as a couple of restaurants and the local bus into Puerto Pollensa or Pollensa town.
There is a studio apartment within the grounds which is often used by the owners who totally respect the guests privacy and confirm that the pool and gardens are for the clients exclusive use.
