30% deposit of the total booking is required to confirm villa with the balance being due no later than 10 weeks (70 days) before departure.

Payment details:
We are happy to accept payment by wire transfer, credit card (all major credit cards accepted) or cheque. If you choose to pay by credit card, a surcharge will apply.

Cancellations:
Should you wish to cancel a confirmed booking the following charges apply:
• Cancellation received 71 days or more prior to departure: loss of deposit
• Cancellation received 70 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total booking
