This comprises a large, leather ‘L’ shaped sofa suite, quality wooden furniture, 32? L.C.D flatscreen TV with full satellite access, DVD player and Playstation. Also on the ground floor is the spacious and beautifully furnished dining room. This area has many stunning features, not least the towering ceiling with glass roof . The full width glass roof allows natural light to flood through and illuminate the whole of the living area. The dining suite is of exquisite quality and seats 6 people comfortably, there are quality wood furnishings and a beautiful feature brick hearth fireplace with fully functioning wood burning stove. With views onto the ‘Puig de Maria’ and the monastery atop, it is the perfect place to take in the full glory of the sun’s warmth. Look left and you see the Bahia de Pollença, a little further to the right, the Bahia de Alcúdia and in the distance Alcanada! This elevated area really does maximise the beautiful views afforded by the region of Pollença.
