Located near the historical part of Pollença this villa is ideal for family holidays away from it all. 
 
 
The entry door opens into a small glassed vestibule and then in to the open plan ground floor accommodation comprising of the lounge area which has a modern style L shaped sofa and a TV. Leading through from the lounge is a small dining area with open tread stairs off to the upper floor.  
 
The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area, together with a cloakroom are to the rear of the ground floor. Leading out again through glass panelled doors there is a delightful enclosed terrace for al fresco meals and a large built BBQ.  
 
The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room.  
 
Also on this level is a quiet reading room with sofa and small table. There is a utility room which houses the washing machine and a sink also on the second floor.

    Deposit required to secure a booking is 35% Payment by Bank or cheque Paypal payments have a 4% charge Arrival is after 15.00 Departure time: 10.00 am If the booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment is required with the completed booking form. In all other cases a deposit of 35% of the total holiday price is required at the time of booking, and the balance of 65% is due not less than eight weeks prior to departure. In the event of full payment not being made by the due time the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking. Any deposits will be forfeited and the Customer will be required to pay cancellation charges. Security deposit: No security deposit is required. However if the customer accidentally does damage to the property, he will be expected to cover the cost of repair.
