Pansa is another in our collection of Pollensa old town properties and is a fabulous townhouse which has been completely reformed and renovated to the highest standard.  
 
It nestles at the foot of the famous Calvario steps and is a mere three minute stroll to the atmospheric town square of Pollensa, a place renowned for it's many art galleries, first class restaurants and traditional old bars and cafes. 
 
The entrance leads in to the spacious lounge, with it's exposed stone walls and lofty beamed ceilings. 
 
A splendid Gothic archway leads into the dining room, which has French doors opening out to the fetching, decked patio, complete with Jacuzzi(unheated). 
 
Just off the dining room is a fully fitted, galley kitchen and a split-level TV room. 
 
A staircase leads to a full bathroom. 
 
A further eight steps lead up to the first floor, where there is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Three more steps lead up to the master bedroom, beautifully furnished with a grand, handmade, four-poster bed. This bedroom also has en suite shower room. 
 
A further four steps lead to another twin bedroom. More steps lead up to the roof terrace which enjoys views across the pastel coloured roof tops of Pollensa to the countryside beyond. 
 
Note - Due to the width of the road, guests are unable to park their vehicles directly outside the property, however there is ample parking available in the side streets nearby.

Land based activities include spectacular hikes and scrambles, rock climbing, mountain or road biking. Mallorca's breathtaking Tramuntana Mountain range is the perfect setting for all of the above. 
Water based activities include Sailing, Windsurfing and Kite Surfing , Scuba diving, Sport Fishing and Yacht charter (motor and sail) You can also hire a skippered RIB or Powerboat for the day to explore the magnificient coastline along the awesome Formentor Peninsula. 
There are also the "in between" options of Canyoning and Deep Water Soloing! 
 
For nature lovers and adrenaline junkies alike Northern Mallorca is simply unbeatable offering infinitely more than the tourist brochures would imply.
