With stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains, this new villa overlooking the Pollensa countryside. It is a 5 minute drive away from Pollensa town, and 7 minutes away from Puerto Pollensa.
Furnished in a modern style, the ground floor comprises a spacious open plan living and dining area and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Double doors open onto a large terrace equipped with garden and dining furniture and a swimming pool (1,8m at its deepest), which overlooks the beautiful garden and countryside.

The five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, are situated on the first floor. Two rooms contain king-size beds and the other three have twin beds. The master bedroom also has its own terrace and sitting area.
Additional amenities include: DVD, satellite TV, WiFi, PS3, BBQ, A/C and central heating throughout and a wood-burning fireplace.

Land based activities include spectacular hikes and scrambles, rock climbing, mountain or road biking. Mallorca's breathtaking Tramuntana Mountain range is the perfect setting for all of the above.
Water based activities include Sailing, Windsurfing and Kite Surfing , Scuba diving, Sport Fishing and Yacht charter (motor and sail) You can also hire a skippered RIB or Powerboat for the day to explore the magnificient coastline along the awesome Formentor Peninsula.
There are also the "in between" options of Canyoning and Deep Water Soloing!

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer
Paypal payment has a 5% charge.

If the booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment is required with the completed booking form. In all other cases a deposit of 35% of the total holiday price is required at the time of booking, and the balance of 65% is due not less than eight weeks prior to departure. In the event of full payment not being made by the due time the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking. Any deposits will be forfeited and the Customer will be required to pay cancellation charges.

Security deposit:
No security deposit is required. However if the customer accidentally does damage to the property, he will be expected to cover the cost of repair.

Loss/non return of keys:
If the customer accidentally loses the keys provided, he/she will be expected to pay EURO 50 to cover the cost of new spares.
