"La Sort" has the charm of a traditional Mallorcan farmhouse, situated in 
the fertile Valley “La Font” very close to Pollença and Puerto Pollensa. 
It is surrounded by almond-, fig- and carob-trees with lovely views to the Tramuntana mountains. In front of the house there is a typical pergola while the long covered terrace to the side offers a cool lunch or evening lounging area refreshed by ceiling fans, dining table and comfortable rattan sofas. The interior is immaculate and well-furnished. The sitting-dining room is spacious with exits to the terraces. The kitchen has got a good size and is completely fitted. 
 
Upstairs are the spacious bedrooms, three are twins with one bath. The forth bedroom is a double with bath en-suite. They are air-conditioned. 
 
The rear of the house opens directly onto the lawn and pool (8m x 6m). This area has its own shower room plus large built-in BBQ. 
 
The Villa "La Sort" stands in spacious and very private grounds to the front and rear.

    At the time of reservation a deposit of 30% of the rental fee is required. The remaining amount has to be paid at the time of arrival latest. In case of cancellation the following conditions will be applicable: Cancelling of a reservation by the client has do be done in written form. In case of withdrawal from the contract up to 57 days before arrival, the deposit will be kept. Should a substitute reservation be possible, the deposit will be paid back discounting an amount which results from costs the company had for the booking. In case of withdrawal from the contract between 56 to 0 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the total rental fee.
