The apartment and building has been extensively refurbished by Arte Express to the highest standards incorporating light and texture into their design process. The apartment boasts original roman arches and wood parque flooring, as well as a dark beamed main living area with high ornate ceilings throughout.  
 
Change over day - Saturday 10 am - (time is negotiable). 
 
Bedroom 1 - Double bed and built in wardrobes. 
 
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds and furniture. 
 
Fully fitted modern contempory design encorporating bath and shower, wc, twin basins and modern fittings. 
 
Large kitchen with all amenities and equipment - electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, and small appliances. 
 
Large spacious elegant living and dining area, fully furnished. 3 seater leather sofa and twin recliners, Large screen tv and dvd, quality period furniture, dining table for 6 people. Living are opens onto large balcony overlooking palma´s shoping district. 
 
Light and airy entrance area in white marble leading to apartment entrance, secure allocated onsite parking, artwork and mirrors in hallway. 
 
The apartment benefits from a municipal roof terrace area. 
 
The apartment is situated a mere 15 minutes walk away from the nearest sandy and safe beach for swimming. Coastal cycling, walking and the old harbour are all easily accessible. The apartment is situated near several local gyms, beauty and hair salons. 
 
There are many golf courses a short car ride away from the flat. The nearest ones are located at Bendinat, Son Vida and Santa Ponsa. Approximately 15 mins by car. 
 
The apartment is only 15 minutes drive from Palma airport either by hire-car, taxi or efficient local bus service. 
 
The apartment is located directly in the old city of Palma a few minutes walk from the famous gothic cathedral, museums, art galleries and main shops as well as restaurants, banks, Post office and supermarkets. 
 
All towels and linens are included and general cleaning and bed linen change will be provided once per week. An information pack and welcome hamper is provided for your convenience. 
 
Short breaks are available, subject to availability pricing is worked out on a pro rata basis according to period of booking. To arrange booking please speak to us directly.
