Vacation Rental Description
The apartment is on the top (4th) floor of a fully renovated 19th century building. Located in the old town, it is in an ideal position: the cathedral, museums, art galleries, main shops etc are only a short walk away.


Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts for long winter lets - lets discuss!. Sorry property is not avaliable for long weekends... just weekly rentals.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Check-in after 3pm. Check out before 11am.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, built-in wardrobes and hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 on mezzanine level with double bed, built-in wardrobes and hairdryer.
Bathrooms: Large modern style bathroom with power shower.

Kitchen: Fully equipped open plan kitchen in living area. Features electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine. kettle, toaster and all utensils you may need.
Utility Room: Really a cupboard off the bathroom! but has iron, ironing board and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Spacious double height open plan living room with sofa , coffee table, wooden floors, double patio doors. TV, DVD and iPod docking stereo.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels (including 2 beach towels included every week). Cleaning service provided for longer stays when required otherwise property is cleaned and linen changed before and after stay.


Notes on accommodation
The apartment is not suitable for people with mobility problems or for children under 10 as stairs up to and in apartment are steep.

Amenities/Facilities provided hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, tv, room fans, barbecue

Outside
Roof terrace with 2 steamer chairs to sunbathe on, table, sun brolly and 4 chairs and light/mains music attachment for evening.



Coast/Beach
The Real Club Nautico Marina is 10 minute walk, Club de Mar Marina half an hour away. Palma beach is 10 minute walk, other beaches a short drive or cycle.

Travel
The apartment is 15 minutes drive from Palma airport either by hire-car, taxi or bus service.




Distances
The apartment is located directly in the old city of Palma a few minutes walk from the famous Gothic cathedral, museums, art galleries and main shops and restaurants, banks, Post office and supermarkets. Daily food market 5 minutes walk (mercado d'olivar)

Booking notes
Non returnable 25% deposit paid by direct bank transfer required at time of booking and full and final payment, paid in same way, must be made at least three weeks before date of arrival. Refundable security deposit £100. Paid with final payment please.
