'Sa Coma' near Felanitx is a beautiful stone farmhouse set within mature extensive grounds. From the tranquil setting by the large swimming pool, panoramic views over fields towards the mountains and the Monastery of San Salvador are to be enjoyed from the south facing garden fringed by palm trees.

'Sa Coma' offer the opportunity to totally relax and wind down by escaping the fast modern pace of life to a peaceful environment where only the sounds of nature are to be heard.

The property is surrounded by fields - the one to the rear belongs to 'Sa Coma' and is utilised by the neighbour who grazes his few sheep, goats, horses and donkey from time to time. The field overlooked from the front of the property is cultivated and has produced, melons, peppers, tomatos as the land around Felanitx is very much an agricultural area.

This wonderful stone property offers a wealth of character and charm that is found within a typical Mallorquin farmhouse, high beamed ceilings, thick stone walls giving a cool interior even in the height of summer and an upstairs landing/sitting area, a traditional feature of an Mallorquin farmhouse.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor: Large entrance/hall living area leading into the dining area with a traditional log fireplace. Kitchen fitted with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and dining area. Sitting room (satellite t.v., dvd player, c.d./cassette player) double French doors to garden. Library with double French doors to garden. Shower room and toilet. Single bedroom.

First Floor: Landing/sitting area with chaise longue. 3 double bedrooms. 1 twin bedroom. Master bedroom with a/c. Fans are provided to all other bedrooms. 2 bathrooms fully fitted.

Outside: Beautiful mature gardens with numerous palm trees overlooking fields to front and rear. Sunbeds provided. Patio area. Undercover barbecue area with bar, fridge and table. Sink and utility area.

This is a very secure and safe environment for children.

Linen and towels provided. Beach towels NOT PROVIDED. 25% non returnable deposit secures the booking. Remainder of the balance to be paid 6 weeks before start of holiday. Maid service weekly. Tariff includes all cleaning and linen.

'Sa Coma' is situated within the area of the Caves and Monasteries tour to be found in the 'Landscapes of Mallorca' book written by Valerie Crespi-Green (published by Sunflower books) which gives walks, car tours and picknicking suggestions.

Within 15 - 30 minutes drive there are many attractions to be enjoyed. Felanitx has a large weekly market held on a Sunday which attracts visitors from all over the island. It is held in the centre along the street where the impressive church of Sant Miguel presides founded in 1248.

There are many beaches and coves to visit from Cala D'Or, Santanyi, to Cala Mondrago/S'Amarador a protected natural area of outstanding beauty.

Porto Colom is a centuries old fishing port and used to transport white wine from Felanitx to France. It has many restaurants offering the fresh catch of the day situated along the quayside with lovely views to the old port.

A 25% non-returnable deposit secures the booking. The outstanding balance to be paid 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. If a booking is cancelled once it has been accepted, written instructions to this effect must reach the owners without delay. The cancellation charge payable by the person making the booking ("the client") will be: Non returnable deposit 1-5 weeks before - 75% of the total holiday. It is advised to take out holiday insurance at the time of booking. Payment can be by cheque or direct transfer.
