Sa Pleta is a luxury family home tucked into the hills behind Cas Concos with breathtaking views down the valley to the sea on two seperate coastlines. Set in beautiful countryside it is near to beaches, a wide range of restaurants, golf courses and the beautiful local fishing harbour of Porto Colom. Set in its own extensive grounds with privacy and tranquility it is perfect for a relaxing escape. It is tastefully furnished with folding doors from all ground floor rooms and is ideal for inside/outside living in the summer months.  
 
Master Bedroom has a small balcony, large ensuite luxury shower room; Bedroom two has double bed with large balcony and ensuite luxury shower room. Bedroom three has twin beds and a seperate shower room; All bedrooms have sea views.  
 
Bedroom four is seperate to the house with a kingsize bed (possible to change to twin beds) and sink/fridge area with its own large terrace.  
 
Fully equiped kitchen with large granite work surfaces leading onto the dining area. Utility area to one end of the kitchen. 
 
There is an open plan sitting room with two sofas and large open fireplace. There is a television with english satelitte TV and radio, DVD machine, games, books and the family's piano. Seperate office with large desk/table. All living areas open out onto outdoor areas. 
 
Two outside eating/seating areas. One has its own large built in barbecue/bar area with sink and table-tennis table. The other eating area is situated in a shaded, secluded area near the swimming pool. 
 
Cyprus lined walkway to Infinity swimming pool area with cascade, sunbeds and umbrellas. Swimming pool area boasts stunning views. 
 
Grassed areas surround the house. 
 
Towels and bedlinen changed once a week. Pool towels provided. Villa cleaned weekly. Pool maintained as twice a week. Additional cleaning, babysitting, private yoga classes etc can be arranged.

There is a very large range of resturants locally, several in the nearby village of cas concos, others nearby serve traditional mallorcan cuisine, porto colom has both fish and international restaurants and the marina in cala d'or is ten minutes away for those who want the busy nightlife scene!  
 
There is an enormous range of local beaches, mondrago is 20 minutes and the crystal clear waters of Es Trenc beach are half an hour away. There are many local coves within 15 to 20 minutes away but for those who prefer privacy and quiet relaxing by the pool, the house is perfect with beautiful views and complete tranquility.
