This beautiful and bright Apartment is situated on the most lovely part of the famous pine walk in Puerto Pollensa. It is a third floor with lift and has one entrance directly from the beach and another from Pescadores road. It consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms one complete and one with shower a lovely and bright lounge/diner that opens up to the terrace with the most fantastic view of the bay. Rates

Low Season Price : €670
High Season Price : €1570 per Week

To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property.
Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge.
Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques.
As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.


Cancellation charges:
If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The minimum rental period is one week.
The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
