Casa Margarita is a large (400 sqm), comfortable villa with the most spectacular views on Costa de Canyamel in the unspoilt area of the NE of the island of Mallorca. It is built on 3 floors and with excellent facilities. 6 bedrooms (4 twin, 2 doubles), 4 bathrooms(3 ensuite).At entrance level there is a large living room with comfortable seating and sat TV, an open fireplace and french windows leading onto a balcony terrace overlooking the lovely Bay of Canyamel. On the lower level we have a bar and dining (for 12) leading out onto the swimming pool and sun terrace.
Outside: A large terrace,private swimming pool,outdoor shower,a covered barbecue and outside dining area - all over looking the magnificent bay. There is also a roof terrace to catch the last of the suns rays at the end of the day.

Although we advertise the property as 'family friendly' we do not recommend this property for small children. This is because of the two staircases internally and the unfenced swimming pool externally.
