Vacation Rental Description
At Agroturisme Finca Son LLado there are four apartments or farm houses for the accommodation of our clients available which are completely equipped and can be used totally independently. They are being offered at a base price which includes the stay and a room cleaning service every four days. As an additional service, it is possible to order breakfast and daily room cleaning. 
The apartments are completely equipped with a kitchen that comprises fridge, ceramic hob, a micro wave stove, a coffee machine and all necessary dishes and cutlery to cook and set the table, as well as bed sheets and towels and is equipped with air conditioning and central heating powered by solar energy and an additional wood stove. 
 
The general room distribution, same in all the houses is: living and dining room, kitchen, sleeping rooms and bathrooms depending on size and a private terrace. 
 
All the houses have a TV set with satellite TV and an internet connection with ADSL (3 mega).

    • Our farm houses are completely equipped, so that our clients can cater for themselves. Nevertheless we offer optional services, such as breakfast (on a daily basis or only on certain days, previously requested) and a weekly dinner (based on a menu of Mediterranean diet, in agreement with the clients). Additionally, we offer at Finca Son Llado without any additional charges the following installations and services: The Swimming pool, with a natural depuration method based on saline electrolysis and surrounded by a spacious sun terrace to enjoy the Majorcan sun A covered terrace, next to the swimming pool, with dining tables and a bar (without bar service). Barbecue facilities A communal laundry space with washing machine and an area to hang up the washing and ironing facility. Roof covered parking area Ponies for the children. Bicycles with routes, etc...

    The price is per room / apartment (beetween 2 - 4 people) and a cleaning service every four days. For stays in the apartment, breakfast is an additional 10,- Euros per person (adult). 7% VAT is additional on all prices Reservation: Credit card details and 25% deposit (taken from your card by the hotel). Remaining amount to be paid to the hotel during your stay. Cancellation: Deposit will be returned if cancellation is 30 days prior to the arrival date. If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, deposit will be retained.
