The gorgeous 1 Bedroom Apartment is overlooking the spectacular Mallorca beach and sea. The lounge is furnished in a contemporary style with a sofa which converts into a double bed. The spacious bedroom has a large bed and a wardrobe.
The modern kitchen is newly fitted and is extremely well equipped and the luxury bathroom has been completely refurbished. The large terrace is comfortable for relaxing and eating “al fresco” on the patio furniture.
The View from the lounge and balcony is magnificent both day and night. There is a very picturesque vista of the bay adorned by palm trees. At night you can see Palma and all its lights twinkling in the distance. From the balcony you can catch the sun most of the day.
A 25-yard walk takes you straight onto the beach. Alternatively relax by the private pool. The apartment block is built on the sea front quite unique in Mallorca. The sandy beach has many palm trees creating an idyllic “Caribbean” appearance making it one of the best beaches on the island.
