Lovely and spacious detached house in Ibizencal style with large private Mediterranean garden, swimming pool and grill area. Ideally located in a cul-de-sac at only 400m from all the amenities, banks and supermarket of Cala Egos and the Calo des Pou beach at just 600m, makes this a perfect place for your family holidays. This comfortable villa comprises downstairs in an entrance area, large living-/ dining area with fireplace and terrace doors leading to the sunny garden, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Simple and compact kitchen fully fitted with extensive cupboards and equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, crockery, cooking utensils and dining service for 6 persons. The upstairs with separate entrance which can be reached by exterior stairs from the garden, consists in a terrace with barbecue, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom and a small lounge with fridge and microwave. All the rooms offers with air conditioning reverse circle. Exterior laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The property provides large private terrace and garden areas with terrace furniture table with 6 chairs and 6 sun beds. Direct access to the also private swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy of the lovely Majorcan weather.

The villa is situated not far from Cala d’Or luxurious Marina with restaurants, some bars and boutiques. The nearest supermarket is at approximately 400 meters walk away from the property. Cala d’Or centre is a fabulous stroll around the Marina. In the direct area you will find a bowling centre, shops, tennis courts, public bus, little train stop, etc… With your reservation you can order a Welcome Pack delivered on your arrival. It is comprising with 1 milk, 10 individual sugar packages, 1 Nescafé,1 butter, 1 marmalade, ½ eggs ( 6 ), 2l water, 1 sliced bread, 1 baicon,1 sausage and Fruits. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Cala d’Or is surrounded by 7 beautiful beaches; Cala Serena, Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran, Cala Petita, Calo des Pou and Es Forti. The nearest one to the property is Calo des Pou and is a 3 minutes (600m) walk away.
In the direct area of the villa there are all kind of sports and activities to do for the whole family like golf, tennis, scuba diving, sailing, water skiing, Son Amar show, Pirates, island tour, glass bottom boat trips, little train to cross Cala d’Or, go to the Cala Mondragó beach and many more.
The prestigious 18 holes Vall d’Or Golf Club is 10 km away. The island offers many golf courses and they are all within about 45 minutes drive.
Palma airport is a 45 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended and can be arranged if required. A taxi journey will cost approx. 70 €uros day time and 80 €uros night time and bank holidays. Also this can be arranged by us if required.

Prices shown are for the property per week in Sterling Pounds. Linen and towels are included. Guests bring their own beach towels. The property is completely cleaned and ready for each change over and if the booking is for two weeks the apartment has a middle cleaning which includes all the linen and towels. Cot (including linen) and high chair are offered for each an extra £15 a week. Changeover day are flexible. The access to the house on your arrival day is from 2 pm and you must vacate on your departure day before 10 am. With booking a 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Balance due to be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival plus a refundable £250 deposit for key and breakages. This deposit will be refunded within a week after your departure and house is in good condition and no breakages have been found.
