Vacation Rental Description

Studio apartment with balcony refurbished in 2010 furnished in a contemporary style with air conditioning. Overlooking the childrens swimming pool and gardens with palm trees and bougainvillea and views to the sea from the apartment entrance. The complex offers a large swimming pool with sunbathing area with loungers and a separate paddling pool for small children. Situated two minutes walk from Cala Esmeralda beach with it's turquoise waters and five minutes walk to the centre of Cala D'Or with many restaurants, the marina, numerous beaches and excellent shopping. A car is not essential as everything is close by but would be a bonus for exploring this diverse island.

The apartment has hot/cold air-conditioning. It is suitable for couples and small families however please note that the apartment is on the 1st floor and has a balcony with a rail at the required safety height. Bedroom: Sleeping area with large double bed (160cm by 200cm) and bedside table. Mirror fronted wardrobe. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with large wash basin, bath with overhead and hand held shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Kitchen: Kitchen area with hob, fridge, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster and well equipped with utensils and kitchenware. Breakfast bar with stools. Living Room: Sitting area with double sofa bed, hot and cold air-conditioning, TV with DVD player and satellite free view. Other: Balcony with table and four chairs. Cleaning/towels/linen: Bedlinen, bath and hand towels & end of stay cleaning are included. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

As well as a full range of restaurants within a few minutes walk, there are a good selection of supermarkets and bakeries a short walk away. On the main high street you will find a range of great shops and designer boutiques as well as banks and bars.

Nearest Town : Cala d'Or at 0 kilometers distance
Travel Info: The nearest airport is Palma. Transfers can be found at resort hoppa or it is possible to arrange transfer by coach or taxi. Car hire is not essential but if you would like to visit some of the towns, villages and attractions it would be advisable to hire although bus and taxi services are very good.

A 50% deposit is payable on booking and written acceptance will be given on receipt of this payment. The balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival along with £100 cheque security deposit against breakages which will be refunded 5 days after your return. Payment can be made by bank transfer or personal cheque.
