This property is situated in a private front line complex with communal pool which overlooks the bay of Cala Ferrera. The property is a large one bedroom apartment which sleeps 2/4 and consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and lounge all of which are fully equipped for all you holiday needs. The apartment also has a garden from which there are sea views. The shops and bars of Cala Ferrera and Cala D'or are right on your doorstep as are the local beaches. There is a bus that runs to other parts of the island very near to the apartment and local boat trips leave on a daily basis near to the swimming pool. There is a reception service from 10am till 1pm during the summer months and they will be happy to help with any problems.

This is a fully equipped, large, one bedroom apartment with a garden. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is available. The garden looks out on one side to the sea and the beaches and pool are a short walk through the beautifully kept gardens. The bedroom contains single beds a large wardrobe and plenty of drawer space and hairdryer is provided. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. There is a dining area near to the fully equipped kitchen and the lounge is complete with a king size sofa bed, tv, stereo and playstation that will also play DVDs. This leads out through the patio doors to the garden.

There is plenty to keep you occupied in Cala D'or and the surrounding areas. The night life can be as quiet or as hectic as you want it to be. There are plenty of restaurants and bars and a short walk into town will provide you with clubs if you want them. The golf course of Vall D'or is a 15 minute car journey away. Our reception can arrange excursions for you to places of interest such as the Caves of Drach or Aqualand one of the islands water parks. There are also coach excursions which will take you round the island.  
 
There are lovely beaches suitable for swimming. Children will find plenty to do playing in the pool, on the beach or at the local childrens playground or mini fun parks.

Our booking terms are 25% non-refunable deposit with your booking with the balance being payable 8 weeks before departure. There is a £150 refunable breakages/key deposit which will be returned once the keys and returned and the apartment checked. The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and fresh linen provided. For stays longer than a week a cleaning services will be provided on a weekly basis and fresh line provided at the the same time. Prices are based on 2 sharing and include all untilities. Add £10 for each extra guest maximum 4 people. We will only consider rentals to couples and families. We do not accept pets.
