A delightful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with large private patio and fenced garden on the peaceful Urbanisation Badia Blava (Bahia Azul) Mallorca Balearic Islands.  
 
The two bedroom property has views of the distant mountains and is a great central location only 15 minutes by car from Palma Airport 5 kilometeres from El Arenal with 3 miles of Sandy Beaches and 25 minutes by car or bus to Palma. The fabulous cove of Cala Pi is only 15 minutes by car or bus. 
 
Opposite the apartment are Tennis Courts Large Swimming Pool and gym. There is a small fee of around 3 euros a day to use the pool as there is a lifguard in attendance. The pool has a seasonal opening time from June to September. There is a fee for using the Gym and Tennis Courts. There is also a Supermarket, Retaurants, Bars and local shops. A short walking distance takes you to the Urbanisation of Badia Grande with more restaurants shops Farmacia and Banks. 
 
On leaving Palma Airport take the Motorway towards Santanyi. Take Exit 13. Go straight across the next three roundabouts. Carry on past Urb Maioris, Puig de Ros and Sa Torre next turning Badia Blava (Bahia Azul).

    • Built on a cliff Urbanisation Badia Blava has a wonderful winding road leading to a large solaruim for swimming off the rocks (Please see photograph). This facility is around 10 minitues walking distance from the apartment and has great distant views to the Bay of Palma.

    A deposit if 100 euros is required on booking. The remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to commencment of rental. Accepted payment method bank transfer to Bank Account in Mallorca. Personal cheque. a) The time of arrival shall normally be the afternoon at 2pm b) The time of departure shall normally be the morning at 11am. c) In the event of cancellation: - by the tenant - one month prior to the first day of the rental, the tenant shall forfeit the whole of the amount of the rental paid, - more than 6 weeks prior to the first day of the rental, the tenant shall loose the deposit unless the landlord can re-let the property. - by the landlord: - within seven days of cancellation the landlord shall pay the tenant the amount paid plus 10%. A FULL RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL BE E.MAILED ONCE A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
