The House consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en suite), Lounge and diner with access to the furnished covered Terrace overlooking the Pool There is also a barbeque area with seating for eight people Fully equipped kitchen and laudrett. This Property is approx. 200m from the beach and 700m to the Golf club. There is a direct access to the sea near the House by a staircase

    To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge. Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques. As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property. Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
