Vacation Rental Description
The apartment has three bedrooms and will easily sleep up to eight people, a travel cot and high chair are also available.

Interior Accommodation:
Bedroom 1 with twin beds, double sofa bed and en-suite shower and toilet facilities

Bedroom 3 double bed with en-suite shower and toilet facilities and direct access to terrace and pool.
Family bathroom with small bath/shower over, wc and washbasin.
Small contained kitching with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine
Large open plan lounge/dining room with breakfast bar to American style kitching. Lounge area fitted with a flat screen plasma TV and full Sky package, DVD player, hifi system with USB port for MP3 players.

Bed linin, bath and beach towels are supplied and changed weekly.

Exterior
Access to the Apartment is via a shared front doorway with a secure entry system. The building itself has two apartments.

The rear of the apartment has a small outside sun terrace with space for sun loungers. The terrace has facilities for outside dining and BBQ. There is also a small private pool for sole use of the apartment occupants with the added feature of a swim against pump. The pool is regularly maintained.

The apartment has three bedrooms two of which have en-suite shower and toilet facilities. The accommodation will easily sleep up to eight people and a travel cot and high chair are also available.

The rear outside sun terrace has outdoor eating and BBQ facilities and also features a small private pool for sole use of occupants with the added feature of a swim against pump.

The village has a selection of seatfront bars and restaurants as well as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bank and church. The village is situated at the eastern end of the Bay of Alcudia and has a tree lined promenade and a small well protected beach with lifeguard cover in peak months. The area is renowned for its local beauty and has a number of coastal walks and picnic areas.

Prices are quoted per week and a deposit of 30% of total charge will be required upon booking and full payment to be received six weeks prior to letting. Discounts may apply at various times throughout the year.
