In Sant Vicent, northern part of Ibiza Island, in a protected area, in the wildest part and most picturesque of the island, two small houses interdependent, rustic, comfortable and well-equipped.
The 6000 sq.meter estate, on the edge of a cliff, offers a breathtaking seaview on one side and splendid views on the mountains on the other side. Close to the Port of Ses Caletes, a picturesque cove for fishermen, and a few kilometers of Cala Sant Vicent village with its beautiful sand beach. Short distances (30 km) of the towns of Ibiza or Santa Eularia (15km) make it possible to enjoy the night life of Ibiza. Grocery shopping at 3 km and in supermarkets of proximity in Sant Vicent or Sant Joan (5 and 10 km).
The two houses allow two friendly families or several households to share holidays together and still preserve the intimacy of each one.
The houses are composed of a living room with chimney, 4/5 rooms double (one with a double bed and 3 with two beds being able to form a double bed), three bathrooms, kitchen equipped with cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, many electric household appliances, barbecue, safe, linen room with washing machine, many terraces and swimming pool of 10 m X 4,50 m, solarium, set of balls, flowers and freshness in summer.
