The house is up on a hill overlooking 360º to the mountains, the countryside and the bay of San Antonio. At 1 km is a center for horseback riding, 7 km the nearest beach and San Antonio town, a few km can be reached on any beach (where you can make water skiing, water scooters and other activities like tennis, swimming, horse riding, paragliding, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, diving, wind-surfing, walking, sailing, golf, balloon) and residential areas of the island where to eat and shop. Ibiza town is at 10km where you can see the old town(Dalt villa) and all the discotheque is very closed to the villa(4km privilege and amnesia-10km for Pacha and El Divino).The beach of Salinas, the must trendy of the island, is at 12km where you can see the salt building by the Romans. Many restaurant is around to eat out. The house is perfect for the family and children.

It is a 300 years old finca restored in 2001 of 750 m2 in the center of the island of Ibiza, Buscastell, 6 rooms, including 4 in suite in the main house to the second floor is the main room of about 65 m2 all in a space, with two terraces, with marble floor with a bathroom design with Philippe Stark faucets and a corner whirlpool overlooking the mountains. TV with DVD and A/C cold and hot. All the faucets in the house are Philippe Stark, the furniture is old and there is a heating in all rooms. The house is with two guest rooms, with a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. In the large terrace there is the barbecue and facilities for the playing of the children. The pool is 10x5 m with a living pool, in the garden fence 8,000 m2 there are a trees and exotic plants, a garden with plants for cooking as sarvia, mint and lemongrass. There is automatic gate at the entrance of the house, and the road to the house is private. The house is up on a hill overlooking 360º.

A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.
